Leilani is a digital marketing consultant, specializing in social media for small businesses and non-profits, and helps clients L.O.V.E. (Listen, Offer, Value, Engage) their target audiences online.

Fifteen years ago, when the Internet advertising industry was burgeoning, Leilani worked in account management at a leading ad agency and helped create a multitude of online campaigns for Microsoft and other clients. Next, she joined a successful Internet start-up called Ingenio to develop and market fun consumer websites, then helped to re-brand the company in order to appeal to a business audience with an innovative performance advertising offering called Pay Per Call.

After the start-up was acquired by AT&T, she worked on corporate messaging and marketing programs for their online, mobile and social ad products. Leilani has most recently developed and implemented social marketing strategies for clients, including building and engaging Facebook and Twitter audiences through compelling content and advertising.

In 2012, Leilani was the Social Media Director for Women in Consulting (WIC), where she led a team of 10 people who coordinated communications across the WIC blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube.
